Where are VCIO features moving?

Resolution:
Adobe Flash was deprecated at the end of 2020, and because Virtual CIO (https://csp.rightnow.com) depends on Flash, Oracle is actively taking measures or has already taken measures to migrate the features of VCIO to other places. Below is the list of features currently available in VCIO and information about the future of each feature. Oracle is working diligently on items marked TBD.
