How can I cobrowse with a customer outside of a chat session?

Resolution:

Beginning with the February 2010 release, a Customer Portal widget allows end-user customers to share their desktop with agents who are helping them on the phone. The CobrowsePremium widget in the Customer Portal pageset can be placed on any enduser page in Customer Portal and is highly configurable; the widget icon, labels and new window attributes can be customized by the Oracle Service Cloud administrator.

In versions February 2010 through August 2014, this widget was called the CoBrowseLink widget.
