Are emoticon's available in Customer Portal Community Self Service?
Environment:
Customer Portal version 3.7
Oracle B2C Service
Resolution:
We do have emoticons, but the emoticons are only available in version 3.7 of customer portal.
When migrating to v3.7 of Customer Portal, you get CKEditor and with that we have included that feature.
