Accessing the Engagement Engine Rules Editor in order to modify or create Engagement Engine rules

How do I access the Engagement Engine Rules Editor?

Resolution:
You can access Engagement Engine Rules editor in two ways. The first method to access Engagement Engine Rules editor is by the following URL https://admin.ee.channels.ocs.oraclecloud.com/.
The second method is through BUI by adding the Engagement Engine Rules to your navigation set by doing the following below.
- Edit your profile and check the 'Engagement Engine Rules' checkbox located in the Permissions and Administration tab. If you don't see an option for Engagement Engine Rules under the Administration tab, it has not been enabled on the site. You'll need to submit a Service Request to enable Engagement Engine.
- Add Engagement Engine Rules Editor to your BUI navigation set (Expand the Navigation area -> Customize List (Gear icon) add Engagement Engine Rules).
- Now you can access the Engagement Engine Rules Editor and log in with your account ID, login and password.
Notes:
If you had used WebCare in the past to modify or create Engagement Engine rules, please use the Engagement Engine Rules Editor in BUI instead, as outlined in these steps.
