How do I learn if any changes will occur when I update Oracle B2C Service?

Resolution:

No agent training is required to update as Oracle strives to deliver a "like for like" agent experience between versions. All APIs and customizations are backwards compatible between versions. Breaking changes are documented in the rare case where security requirements force Oracle to break with those update policies.

Update Guide

The Update Guide provides information specific to your update path. To access an Update Guide relevant for your update, click on the documentation link for your target version, then click on your pre-update production version under "Upgrade from ..." section. Changes are documented under the "Upgrading from your current Oracle B2C Service version" section.

Service Update Notification (SUN)

The Service Update Notification (SUN) report is an out of the box report accessible by users with administrator access. This report contains changes in the product, compatibility exceptions and deprecation information. To access the SUN report for the target update version you can refresh and update your test site (TST site) to the target version or wait until your upgrade site is available.
