Why does the Advanced (ACB) Mode button not exist on the agent side?




The following can cause the Advanced CoBrowse (ACB) button to not appear for the agent:

  • CoBrowse configuration is set to ICB only.
  • If ACB is appropriately enabled, then it is an issue with the client machine not supporting ACB mode. Examples include; not having Java or .NET Framework installed.
  • A misconfigured masking file can also cause issues with ACB mode.
