Oracle B2C Service Release Names
Our product versioning terminology aligns with Oracle Cloud CX applications environment release update and maintenance schedules. Beginning in November 2017, release names consist of the last two digits of the calendar year, followed by the letter A, B, C, or D, which correspond to the four calendar quarters. Releases are delivered in February, May, August, and November. For example, for 2019, releases are '19A', '19B', '19C', and '19D'.
