Where can I find information on configuring the Knowledge Advanced (KA) Search tool window for Browser UI?

Environment:

Knowledge Advanced

Issue:

We would like to configure the KA Search tool window so that the filter button is visible initially (rather than only after an initial search). We also would like the tool window to be larger so that contents are displayed in a more readable manner.

Resolution:

The Knowledge Advanced Search tool window can be resized by the user, but there is not a way to adjust the default width (automatically) depending on the width of the contents. The same applies for both the .NET and Browser UI consoles.
 
In terms of filters there is the 'Remember Filters' check box that can be used, and unfortunately the search button cannot be made available until the initial search is made. Please submit any ideas for improvement of this product feature using our Idea Lab.
