Usage Metrics Report not available

I have the correct role (Service Administrator and/or Service Instance Administrator), but I still can't find the Usage Metrics Report in my console.

Resolution:

  1. Check if your subscription is still active. If you still have active subscriptions but you can’t find the report, please log a Service Request at Ask Technical Support.
  2. If your subscription is active, but contains only SKUs that are not currently being measured, then no usage report will be generated. For a list of SKUs that are currently measured see the document Metric Description for Oracle Service Offerings.
