Why do KA author get Content Review Task notifications/emails for an expired/retired KA answer?
Environment:
Knowledge Advanced for Oracle B2C Service
Resolution:
Current implementation of Content Review task is to send a notification/email to its Owner when the KA answer review day is within next 7-day (default) from current date and it does not check/depend on the current KA answer status. Hence, the Content Review task notification/email would always been sent even if the current KA answer is Expired (aka, its DisplayEndDate is older than the current date), in Draft (aka, in Workflow step pending for approval) or even unpublished.
