How does the "Review Date" feature work?
Environment:
Knowledge Advanced, starting with February 2017 and above
Resolution:
In order to receive the e-mail notification for reviewing the document, the "Review Date" should be greater than 7 days compared to the date creation.
Notifications provide information about Knowledge Advanced processes to users authorized to receive them.
Content Review notification: This notifies content owners 7 days before content is due for review, based on a specified date.
Authorized users can specify content reviews as a default time period within the Content Type definition or on an individual record basis.
