What are the limitations on custom Analytics reporting on the KA Subscriptions based on okcs_subscriptions table?

Knowledge Advanced for Oracle B2C Service
Resolution:
End-user may create custom KA Analytics reports on the KA Subscriptions based on okcs_subscriptions table which contains the following KA Subscriptions statistics/information:
- Subscription Type (type=1 for Content Type subscription and type=2 for Document Type subscription),
- Content Type (content_type_ref) and
- Locale (locale_ref).
Note: There is no associated Product-Category (filtering) statistics/information being tracked in okcs_subscriptions table.
As a result for (type=1) Content Type subscriptions, their corresponding associated Product-Category (filtering) statistics/information are not exposed/available to end-user. Hence if you are creating a custom Analytics reporting on the KA Content Type Subscriptions (type=1), there is limitation that you will not be able to show/retrieve their associated Product-Category (filtering) statistics/information details then.
