Why am I seeing the error, "Unable to load interview" on Customer Portal?

Environment:

Intelligent Advisor
All product versions, Customer Portal (CP)

Resolution:

The reason you are seeing this error on an embedded interview in CP is because of cross-origin resource sharing (CORS).

You will need to add the URL of your Oracle B2C Service (CX) site to the Authorized Embedded Hosts in the Intelligent Advisor Hub.
