Why is my Intelligent Advisor Interview not loading in Browser UI's workspace control when accessing it from a secondary interface?

Environment:

Intelligent Advisor

Issue:

When using an Intelligent Advisor Interview within a workspace control in Browser UI, while logged into a secondary interface, the interview does not load and instead there is a 'refused to connect' error. 
 
This error is present in the browser Console logs: Refused to display VHOST in a frame because it set 'X=Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.
 
Resolution:
 
This behavior is expected, as the Browser UI loads the Intelligent Advisor control in an iframe, and the Intelligent Advisor connection can only be done on one B2C Service interface - the primary one. Please note that this is only valid for Browser UI, as interviews loaded from the .NET Console or the Customer Portal pages do not use an iframe as part of the out-of-the-box product, which means these sources should not be affected by this behavior. 
 
Technical Support can setup your site so that other interfaces can access the Intelligent Advisor control as well. If your business requires this configuration, please raise a service request with Oracle B2C Service Technical Support and mention the interface name(s) you'd like to be able to load the Intelligent Advisor Interview from, by accessing this link: Ask Technical Support. Please note, however, that these settings do not carry forward for test sites and they will need to be amended if your VHOST is changed.
