Why can’t we bring our cutover forward?
Environment:
Oracle B2C Service, All versions
Resolution:
Oracle B2C Service users may reschedule the update cutover to an earlier date and/or time using the Configuration Assistant during the update process. However, there are certain constraints and you might not be able to select an earlier date and/or time if:
- The upgrade site creation is not completed
- The presite is not ready**
- Data center maintenance is scheduled on the new date/time
- Another cutover on the same database server is already scheduled on the new date/time
