What are the positives and negatives to enabling the "Automatic Product Concepts" feature within Knowledge Advanced Search Configuration?

Resolution:
In the Agent Desktop help, for the topic "Configuring Automatic Product Concepts", we recommend enabling the "Add products to the dictionary" radio button once the product hierarchy is firmed and relatively static. Enabling this product feature should improve search results for search strings containing product names, as the software will recognize all product names as a noun-phrase/unit.
