Why can't I link a Knowledge Advanced document to a Guided Assistance answer?

Environment

All Oracle Knowledge Advanced releases

Resolution

This behavior has to do with the current limitations of Oracle Knowledge Advanced.

Presently, the Guided Assistance functionality is not yet supported with Oracle Knowledge Advanced.
