Why do my old bookmarks and launch URLs not work for Browser UI after December 9, 2016?

Environment:

Browser UI (BUI), November 2016 release.

Resolution:

The Browser UI links are different for the November 2016 release and are correct from the click-once launch link.

The main page link is easy to remember. Simply add /AgentWeb/ to the URL of your OSvC site.

Example:

https://phone-support.custhelp.com/AgentWeb/  

An Agent Browser Desktop login link uses the following format:

https://<interface>.custhelp.com/AgentWeb/

Cause:

The main URL and launch links for Browser UI have changed with the update in the November 2016 release. The links are greatly simplified and can now be bookmarked at any time.
