How do I create a bookmark for the Agent Browser Desktop login?

Environment:

Agent Browser Desktop, Browser User Interface (BUI), All versions

Resolution:

While you can launch the Agent Browser Desktop with the SSO login link or link to the main page, the main page link is the simplest to remember.

Simply add /AgentWeb/ to the URL of your B2C Service site.

Example:

https://phone-support.custhelp.com/AgentWeb/  

An Agent Browser Desktop login link uses the following format:

https://<interface>.custhelp.com/AgentWeb/

Each interface has its own unique link.

To create a favorite:

1. Create a bookmark from the click once installation page.

In IE or Edge, Click the Create Bookmark link on the click once installation page.

2. In other browsers, right click the link and select "Copy Link" then manually create a favorite/bookmark in your browser.
