"There has been an error with your request" error when logging into BUI

Why do we see an error when trying to login into BUI? 

Environment:

Browser User Interface (BUI), All versions of Oracle B2C Service

Issue:

An error is received when accessing the URL of the Browser UI:

"There has been an error with your request"

Resolution:

The most common reason for this error message is that the Browser UI URL is incorrect.

The correct form of the Browser UI URL is: 

https://*interface-name*.custhelp.com/AgentWeb/

In order for this URL to work, notice that the URL is case sensitive. Therefore, the "AgentWeb" part must be written using capital letters.
