How do I resolve error "Could not open file: /cgi-bin/[interface name].cfg/connector/[contact/answer].tmpl"?

In order to resolve this issue, you should change the configuration setting:  EI_CONTACT_UPDATE_ADDR for contact record or EI_ANS_UPDATE_ADDR for answer record to a null value [blank].

Path to setting(s): Select Configuration from the navigation area > Site Configuration > Configuration Settings > and search by Key.

If no address is specified, no external action is taken. Default is blank.
