Issue:

There is no audit trail to determine who has deleted a Knowledge Advanced answer

Resolution:

It is a best practice to set the status of a Knowledge Advanced answer to Expired instead of deleting. This avoids any need to determine who deleted a KA answer, which is problematic as there is no audit trail to determine who has deleted the answer when this occurs.
