How do I filter by NULL values in a report?

Environmnt:

Analytics
Oracle B2C Service, All versions

Issue:

A filter cannot be set to include or exclude null values.

Resolution:

A report can only use an "is null" or an "is not null" filter if the filter is not selectable at run time.

To adjust this setting while viewing a filter in the Reports Designer, deselect the "Make this filter selectable at run time" option. This will add both null filter options to the Operator dropdown menu.
