Null value display options in Reports
Answer ID 8810   |   Last Review Date 10/09/2018

What options are available for formatting null values in a report?

Environment:

Analytics
Oracle B2C Service, All versions

Resolution:

In a report null values can be displayed in several formats depending on the column type and your desires. Numeric columns default to "0" for null values. Text columns default to "No Value." Null fields can be changed to blank space rather than a zero or "No Value" by:

  1. Edit the Report -->
  2. Right click on the desired column -->
  3. Select Edit Format -->
  4. Under NULL Values, select "Display Blank."

Column Format window > Text tab > NULL Values > options: Display Blank or Display as No Value
