Cobrowse agent can't type in browser fields

Agents are not able to type in browser fields when Cobrowsing with a customer. They are in Advanced mode with Full Control. Why isn't this working?

Resolution:
This behavior has been known to occur if the agent does not have Java Runtime Environment 64-bit installed. In order for the Cobrowse tool to work correctly, the agent must have the 64-bit version of Java Runtime Environment installed.
