When my French agents try to Cobrowse, the URLs are masked. Does Cobrowse support non-English languages?

The following provides information for both standalone and integrated Cobrowse language support:

Standalone Cobrowse (formerly LiveLOOK):

• Agent-side Cobrowse currently supports English and Spanish. Adding support for other languages is on the development roadmap.

Cobrowse integrated in the Oracle B2C Service product:

• Agent-side integrated Cobrowse currently supports English only in English-US language interfaces. Adding support for other languages is on the development roadmap.

The customer (end-user) side of Cobrowse supports all Oracle B2C Service language packs.
