'Chat Queue Statistics' and 'Current Chat Queue Statistics' reports not returning same results

Why aren't the 'Chat Queue Statistics' and 'Current Chat Queue Statistics' reports returning the same results?
Environment:
Analytics, Chat
Issue:
The 'Chat Queue Statistics' (Report ID 3026) and 'Current Chat Queue Statistics' (Report ID 3038) reports are returning different results.
Resolution:
The problem may be that the two reports have different filters. If you set the filters to logged in accounts on both reports they should show the same data.
