Can we host our own POP account or does the mailbox need to be hosted by Oracle B2C Service?

Resolution:
Your firewall can be opened to accept traffic from Oracle B2C Service servers. To do this, refer to the Networking Requirements section of the Infrastructure Requirements documentation for the version your site is currently running. Infrastructure documentation is available via Answer ID 31: Oracle B2C Service Infrastructure Requirements.
