Missing "Internal Login" option on the launch page

Why is there no button for "Internal Login" on our agent console launch page?
Environment:
- Oracle B2C Service, any version
- Agent Desktop application launch page
- Single Sign-On for agent login
Issue:
In one of our environments, the console launch page (…/php/admin/launch.php) has three buttons. They are labeled as follows:
- Install Oracle Service Cloud
- Install Oracle Service Cloud - Internal Login
- Launch Browser Agent Desktop
In another environment, there are only two buttons. "Internal Login" is missing.
Cause:
The "Internal Login" button only appears if Single Sign-On is enabled and there is an active identity provider configured to use Web SSO. If this is not the case, the application always launches with the regular login page using the site as the authentication authority.
Resolution:
No action is needed. Use the "Install" button the same way you would use the "Install … Internal Login" button, or simply launch the Agent Desktop from the Start menu.
Once an identity provider has been configured to replace the login screen, the button will appear.
Notes:
If you wish to enable Single Sign-On, consult the following resources.
