Will Support investigate an issue on my test site?

Environment:

Oracle B2C Service

Resolution:

B2C Service Technical Support will investigate potential defects on test sites where the product or framework version matches or is newer than the production environment. As test sites are used for training or testing changes before rolling them out to production, test sites are expected to be refreshed as needed to accurately reflect the production environment. Issues seen in test sites which are on an older version than the production site will not be investigated by Support.
