Accessing My Services and Configuration Assistant after IDCS migration
Answer ID 12490   |   Last Review Date 05/17/2024

What are the new My Services and Configuration Assistant URLs after IDCS migration?

Environment:

Oracle Cloud Portal, Configuration Assistant, Oracle B2C Service

Note: If your account has not yet been migrated to IDCS, see Answer ID 10373 for instructions on accessing the Configuration Assistant.

Resolution:

Your Configuration Assistant and My Services access points changed after we migrated your Oracle Cloud Account (Identity Domain) to Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).

  1. Please navigate to cloud.oracle.com
  2. Enter your Oracle Cloud Account (formerly identity domain name), click next and then enter your credentials. You can click on the 'Forgot Password' link if you require login assistance.
  3. Once logged in please bookmark your new My Services URL.
  4. Clicking the three lines (action menu) in the top left corner and clicking ‘Service’ from within the My Services UI provides you direct access to Configuration Assistant (Service Console).
  5. Please bookmark your new Configuration Assistant URL too.

You can also find your Configuration Assistant URL and Oracle Cloud Account (formerly identity domain name) anytime on the CX support site. Simply navigate to https://cx.rightnow.com/app/my_site_tools, login, and then click the Site Information panel located under Hosting Services.
