Why is the greeting message not received by chat users from OM channels?

When a chat is requested from an OM Channel, the greeting message from CHAT_GREETING_MSG message base is not received by the end user.
This behavior is working as designed. Oracle Messaging is using a different greeting than Oracle B2C Service. This greeting message can be modified or disabled by following the steps below:
- Go to the OM Admin UI
- Go the specific channel, click on the action menu on the top right of the channel card (the four horizontal lines)
- Click “Edit System Messages”
- Expand the “CHAT_GREETING_MESSAGE_MSG” item
- Change it to something you prefer
