Resolution:
Oracle B2C Service Technical Support has been working to deprecate the pages hosted at hms.custhelp.com. You may be familiar with them as some of the admin and utility pages linked to from the My Site Tools page. These updates will remove functionality from behind a second authentication requirement, update the look & feel to be consistent with cx.rightnow.com, and also bring some much needed functionality updates.
Pages that have been migrated off of hms.custhelp.com:
Site Information Previous functionality: This page provided a list of sites you own and their interfaces
New functionality:
- The page has been updated to support partner permissions. Partners who have been given 'create' or above permissions (as described here) will now be able to see information about your site on this page.
- The information on this page has been greatly enhanced to include:
We are happy to continue to add data points to this page as needed. If you think of something, you're welcome to submit Site Feedback and we'll look into it.

Previous Functionality: This page allowed you to authenticate into the barracuda spam filter for your service mailboxes, where you could configure spam filtering rules.
New Functionality:
- The page has been updated to support partner permissions. Partners who have been given 'create' or above permissions (as described here) will be able to manage your barracuda filter settings on your behalf.
- You can find your new spam quarantine by going to the new spam management page. For more details, please see Spam Management Updates for B2C Service Mailboxes.
Utility Stats
Previous Functionality: This page allowed you to see a list of utilities running on your site, and statistics such as when they last run, and if they completed successfully
