What is my Cloud Account Name? I am having trouble logging in. 

On the main log in screen, under Cloud Account, you must first select Traditional Cloud Account from the dropdown menu. Then you will select your data center in order to log in.

What is the difference between My Account and My Services?

My Account is the portal to monitor the status of all your services for the entire account. This includes services across data centers and all identity domains. This is the initial portal you will use to activate your service.

My Services is the portal to manage your individual services once they are activated. You will login separately for each individual environment - production and test.

What is Cloud Portal?

How do I remove an Account Admin? One of our team members is no longer at the company.

To remove an account admin: follow the steps outlined here:

1. Sign in to My Account.

2. Click Security.

3. Select the Action hamburger icon to the right of the name you wish to remove.

4. Click Remove.

What do I do if I forgot my password and have not setup security questions?

Try resetting your password following the steps here.

How do I see a list of the environments and accounts I have access to in Cloud Portal?

On the main log in page, select Account Details in the orange box on the right on the page. Then enter your email address associated with your Oracle account and click Submit. After a few minutes,  you will receive an email listing the details of all your Oracle Cloud accounts and services that are associated with your email address.
