Answer preview with dynamic content is appearing different than the end-user page

Why does an answer look differently on the Answer Preview than the end-user page? 

Environment:

Answers, Oracle B2C Service

Resolution:

The Quick Preview tab in the Answer Editor and the Answer View popup on the Knowledgebase search were not designed for dynamic HTML content. These components are not a full render display unlike the end-user pages. When using dynamic content such as collapsible panels, javascript, accordian style, you want to view the answer on the end user page in order to see the full rendered version. Because of this, reviewing an answer with dynamic content in the Quick Preview tab of Answer Editor, it will look differently than the full rendered view on the browser.
