Quick Preview button on answer workspace not appear in BUI

Why am I not seeing the Quick Preview button on answer editor in BUI?
Environment:
Oracle B2C Service, BUI
Resolution:
There is now a Preview button on the upper ribbon with New, Print, Copy, Forward and this action is used to preview the answer view from the end user perspective. You may have to click the 3 dots on the right top corner in order to see this Preview button and that can be modified in your Answer workspace Ribbon if need be. This preview allows you to select different Access Levels to see the difference of the last saved version of your answer.
