Interface missing from Authoring's "user group preview" dropdown

How do we make an interface appear in the User Group Preview dropdown in Authoring?
Environment:
- Oracle B2C Service sites with Knowledge Advanced
- Any version
Issue:
When an editor tries to look at a preview of an article from Authoring > Content > (click the article) > User Group Preview, we have to select the interface to show it on. This interface list is empty though. So we are not able to get a preview from the article.
Cause:
The interface's locale was not set.
Resolution:
At Authoring > Repository > Interfaces, set the locale of the interface. Then it will appear in this dropdown for any document in that language.
