Article link in response not displaying the Summary as link text

Why is the Article Link not showing up with the Summary as the linked text when I insert a link into an Incident response, and instead displaying the entire URL?

Environment:
 
Oracle Service Cloud sites using Knowledge Advanced (August 2015 and newer)

Issue:
 
When inserting a link to a Knowledge Advanced Article into a response in an incident, the inserted link shows up as a URL instead of the expected Summary from the Article.

Resolution:
The HTML link is displayed with the Summary only when in the RichText Mode (i.e. the html is parsed and displayed). If not in Rich Text Mode, the URL will be displayed instead.
