Oracle Oracle Policy Automation Hub new connection failing

I am trying to create a new connection in Intelligent Advisor Hub, and it is failing.  How can I see why my new connection is failing?

Environment:

Intelligent Advisor Hub

Resolution:

Viewing the connection in the Intelligent Advisor Hub, change the connection type from 'Web service' to 'Static metadata', and you'll be able to see the error message in the response.
