How do I upgrade my Customer Portal Framework from v3.2 to v3.3?

Environment:

Customer Portal (CP) Framework Version
November 2012 and newer

Resolution:

With the introduction of Community Self Service in framework version 3.3, there are a number of migration steps that will need to be taken.

Please refer to the Customer Portal Migration Guide from v3.2 to v3.3 to help you through those changes as you migrate.
