How do we change the validation text for required fields in the chat launch form?
Environment:
Chat,Customer Portal
Resolution:
You can change the validation text that appears after clicking the 'Submit' button on the chat launch page if a required field has not been entered appropriately by updating the PCT_S_IS_REQUIRED_MSG message base.
The default value is: %s is required
Note: You should leave the '%s' variable and enter the desired text after it.
Path to this setting: Select Configuration from the navigation area > Site Configuration > Message Bases > and search by Key.
