How do we change the email validation text on the chat launch form?

Environment:

Customer Portal Chat Launch Page, Message Bases
Oracle B2C Service

Issue:

We would like to change the message for email validation from the chat launch form. How do we change the text?

Resolution:

You can change the message text of the email address field on chat launch form by updating the message base PCT_S_IS_INVALID_MSG.

Path to this setting:  Select Configuration from the navigation area > Site Configuration > Message Bases > and search by Key.

Update with '%s' followed by the text that you would like to place in the place holder box and save.
