Why are my standard text and knowledge base hotkeys (F8, F9, F10) not working?

Environment:

Oracle Service Cloud May 2015 and newer
Incident editor, Oracle Knowledge Cloud Service (OKCS)

Resolution:

Starting with version May 2015, the knowledge base hotkeys (F9 and F10) are disabled in the incident editor when Oracle Knowledge Cloud Service (OKCS) is enabled. When this feature is enabled, the hotkey associations are disabled. This is the intended functionality.
