Why is the zooming bar grayed out when working on incidents?

Resolution:
In the lower right corner of the console, by design, there is a slider which allows users to zoom in and out when working with reports. This is only designed to work with reports and cannot be used with other workspaces such as the incident workspace.
If you would like to use the zoom function for anything other than reports, you need to use the zoom buttons located above the thread. To differentiate them, the workspace zoom buttons have no slider.
