The full width of the answer page is not viewable on a mobile device

When using a mobile device, why can't the end-user see the full width of the answer page?

Resolution:

If you are using a table in your answer and set a value for the table width, it may push the table past the viewable area of a user's screen. We recommend to not set a table width so that the screen will adjust according to the user's device. This is specifically important for mobile devices.

To see this setting, open the answer within the CX console and click the Answer tab. If you have a table on this page, right click within the table area to select the Table Properties option. Then view the Width setting. It is best to leave this field blank. Save your changes.
