Why does custom cron job file export deliver zero bytes files?

Custom cron jobs

Issue:

Custom cron job fails to deliver an export file to your SFTP server. It creates 0 bytes files.

Resolution:

This issue can occur when the files are delivered where there is not enough disk space.

To resolve this issue, make sure there is sufficient disk space on your SFTP server for the incoming files to be delivered.
