Why can I not make multiple submissions for a broadcast survey added to a workspace via the Survey by Proxy control?

Workspaces, Surveys added within the workspace

Resolution:
This is standard functionality of the broadcast survey completed in a workspace through Survey by Proxy. In the survey designer, if the mouse is hovered over the "allow Multiple Submissions" checkbox for several moments, a tool tip appears which reports that this functionality will "Allow a contact to click the link to take the survey from the delivered invitation message more than once...". As a link is not provided in the Survey by Proxy, multiple submissions are not available in this setting.
