Why am I unable to pull 10 answers per call with Connect Knowledge API (Knowledge Foundation API)?

Connect Knowledge API (Knowledge Foundation API)
Resolution:
Customizations implemented using the Connect Knowledge API (Knowledge Foundation API) can only pull 10 answers per call. This applies to the GetPopularContent method and is working as designed behavior.
