Why am I unable to pull answers from categories that are not visible with Connect Knowledge API (Knowledge Foundation API)?

Resolution:
Customizations implemented using the Connect Knowledge API (Knowledge Foundation API) can only pull answers when the categories associated with them are configured to be end-user visible. For example, when using the GetPopularContent method using a ServiceCategoryContentFilter where the category ID is set to a category that is hidden from the public, no answers are returned. This is working as designed behavior.
