Are session data and answer statistics recorded in development or staging area?

Environment:

Customer Portal pages, Answers, Analytics, Clickstreams

Resolution:

Development and Staging areas are used for testing purposes when modifications are performed on customer portal pages. Clickstreams table will not record session data if the visit comes from a development or staging area. Answer statistics will also not be impacted by such visits.

However, if the user clicks 'No' button on answer feedback widget and submit a feedback, the incident containing feedback information will still be created and saved.
